The Northwest Cement Producers Group is one of the 10 regional affiliates of the Portland Cement Association, dedicated to broader and better uses of cement and concrete that promote sustainability in the built environment. We provide city staff and their consulting engineers with technical assistance to ensure infrastructure that is in service to the public with the least amount of maintenance.
