LOC conferences are opportunities for city officials to learn best practices, network with peers and industry leaders, and take back new ideas to enhance their communities.

Annual Conference

The LOC's premier event, the Annual Conference is held in the fall and is the largest gathering of municipal officials each year in Oregon.  The program includes 30+ breakout sessions, day-long seminars, workshops, tours, 60+ vendor trade show and plenty of time for networking.

94th Annual Conference

Local Government Spring Conference

The Local Government Spring Conference is a one-day conference held each April.  Hosted in a different part of the state each year, the conference program is specifically created to include topics important to that region.   Dates and location will be announced soon, and registration will open January 2020.

Affiliate Organizations' Conferences

Several of the LOC’s affiliate organizations including the Oregon Mayors Association and the Oregon City/County Management Association host conferences throughout the year which attract many LOC members.

Servant Leadership Conference

The LOC is cohosting the 2019 SGR Servant Leadership Conference, September 19-20 in Sherwood.  The conference focuses on:
