Deadline Approaching to Submit a SDWRLF Letter of Interest
The state’s Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund (SDWRLF) offers financing for eligible drinking water infrastructure projects. Drinking water systems interested in applying must prepare and submit information about their proposed drinking water projects on a letter of interest (LOI) form. LOI forms are due twice annually - on March 15 and September 15.

- Complete the form, contact your Regional Development Officer if you have any questions
- Submit your completed form to LOI.DW@biz.oregon.gov
