How to Register for LOC Training, Conferences and Events

The instructions below walk you through the step-by-step registration process for Conferences and for Training and other Events. If you experience issues not addressed in these instructions, please contact the LOC by email or by phone at 503-588-6550, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

 

How to Register for Conferences

Select the Conference you wish to register for on the website, and click on the Register link.

Once at the Registration page, Sign In.

  • Use the full, primary email address on file with the LOC as your username.
  • If you do not know your password, you may retrieve/reset it by contacting the LOC by email or by phone at 503-588-6550, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
  • If you do not have an account, please contact the LOC and we will create one for you.

Next, Register.

  • You may register yourself, or any other individual within the same organization, using just one Sign In.
  • Once registered, don’t forget to select your registration type from the Registration Options.

Then, add Programs to your itinerary.

  • Click the arrows in the date title bar to view Programs for each day of the Conference.

Optionally, let us know if you have any ADA needs or Dietary restrictions.

  • Click to Save Responses.

Click Proceed to Checkout.

  • Enter your payment information and click Submit Order.
  • That’s it — you are registered! A confirmation email will be sent to your address.

How to Register for Training and Events

Select the Training or Event you wish to register for on the website, and click on the Register link.

Once at the Registration page, Sign In.

Next, Register.

Click Proceed to Checkout.

  • If a paid event, enter your payment information.
  • Click Submit Order.
  • That’s it — you are registered! A confirmation email will be sent to your address.
