The LOC strives to provide programs and partnerships that make it easy for city officials to serve their communities.

Business Partners

Organizations that participate in the Business Partner program help us provide effective training and serve as the collective voice for our 242 member cities.

Free Legal Program

Any city in Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Grant, Baker, Harney or Malheur County with a population of 7,500 or less is invited to participate in the LOC's Free Legal Program. Participating cities could receive up to 10 free hours of legal advice from LOC attorneys.

NPPGov - cooperative procurement

Utility Service Partners - NLC's warranty program partners with municipalities to educate property owners about their service line responsibilities

National League of Cities - a resource and advocate for the nation's cities and their leaders

The Government Jobs Board allows local governments to recruit for open job positions.

Legal Inquiry Line is a resource that provides information and technical assistance to elected and appointed officials of member cities who have questions about their duties, city operations, city governance, and various state statutes.
