The new LOC Interim City Staff Candidate Listing is a great resource for both employers and job candidates interested in filling interim managerial and department head positions.

The League of Oregon Cities' Interim Staff Candidate Listing service is free for both candidates and employers. Cities seeking to fill interim positions can easily search candidate bios by location, position type and by keyword.

How it works

  1. Candidates interested in interim city positions post their bios and contact information to our private, password-protected list.

  2. City staff members search the list for just the right candidates.

  3. Cities reach out directly to their candidates of interest.

How to Post Your Bio

Anyone can post their bio to the list. Simply use the link below to access the Candidate Bio Submission Form.

Please keep in mind you will not be able to make edits once you submit your bio. Please be ready with the following information: bio/work history, position(s) desired, counties within Oregon where you are willing to work, and email and phone contact information.

How to Search for Candidates

If you are an LOC member city looking to fill an interim City Manager/Administrator, City Recorder, Finance Director, Public Works Director, Planning Director, or any other department head position, you may request access to the Interim Candidate List.

Access will be provided via email to qualified requests.

Candidate bios remain available for six months. Access to candidate bio information is password-protected and available by individual request only to current members of the LOC.
