Candidate Bio Submission Form

Use this form to submit your bio information, and to be listed as a candidate for interim city staff positions in the state of Oregon.

Once you submit your bio, your information will be reviewed by LOC staff. If there are any issues, we will contact you via email. If you do not hear from us, it means your bio was accepted and has been included in our Interim City Staff Candidate Listing, and is available for viewing by potential employers. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a view of your bio within the listing, since the Interim City Staff Candidate Listing view is only available to LOC member cities and their staff.

Please note that your bio will remain in the listing for six months. After six months, you may submit your bio again, if you wish.

Please have all information ready prior to beginning this form, as you will not be able to save it for completion at a later date.
