Registration Info

Registration is now open, and will close on September 11, three weeks prior to the start of the conference. The early registration rate will be available until September 11; after this date, the cost will increase by $50. 
Those wishing to register after September 11 will need to do so on-site at an additional fee and on a space-available basis.

  1. Online Registration:
    Online registration is available through the LOC registration system. If you have not used the LOC registration system before, please read the 'How to Register for LOC Events' guide. If you do not have a username and password or are unsure of your login credentials, you can email loc@orcities.org for assistance. Please note that cancellations are not accepted by phone; instead, send cancellations and substitution notices to loc@orcities.org. For the full cancellation policy, please view HERE.
  2. Hotel Reservations for Attending City Officials: 
    Hotel reservations for the Waterfront Marriott will be made online using a unique URL. To receive the unique URL, a city attendee must first register for the conference. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with the unique URL, as well as further instructions on how to reserve your room. This year, we have secured enough rooms for all attending city officials at the Portland Marriott Waterfront. There will be no satellite hotels available for city attendees. 
  3. Confirmations: 
    An email confirmation with the unique URL will be sent to the email address of the person who is registering the attendeesYou can send the email confirmation to additional recipients. At the bottom of the Order Confirmation page, you will see the option to send the confirmation email to another person. An LOC staff member manually sends the email confirmation with the unique URL. Because LOC staff are manually sending out the email confirmations, you may not receive the email confirmation immediately. Please know that confirmations are sent out in the order in which registrations are received, and this delay will not lessen your opportunity to reserve a room at the Waterfront Marriott.
  4. Parking
    Parking will be available onsite. LOC will provide 2 nights of parking for registered members only. More details to come.

Pricing

The registration fee includes all breakout sessions and keynotes, Thursday's networking reception, and conference meals for registered attendees on Friday and Saturday (except for Friday's Awards Dinner). Spouses and guests who wish to attend the conference sessions and/or additional meals must register as a guest. Tours also require an additional fee. The early registration rate will be available until Thursday, September 11; after this date, the cost will increase by $50.
