The Association of Oregon Counties (AOC) is seeking a Member Services Director to oversee the department, including two staff members, and work in coordination with the Executive Director and other members of the management team to support AOC’s membership, non-dues revenue, and education strategy. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is a member of the management team, providing input on the development and implementation of AOC strategies to broaden member value, while growing non-dues revenue and maintaining membership. This position works closely with cross-functional teams, including Legislative Affairs, Operations, Administrative Services, and the County Road Program, and select Affiliate and Associate members. Working collaboratively, this position coordinates and executes membership events and education, and manages the AOC Partner Program.

Pay Range and Benefits

The pay range for this position is currently $92,523 - $126,665, with additional longevity increases up to $142,973.

AOC offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including health (medical/vision), dental, retirement, and wellness benefits for the employee and their qualified family members, as well as paid sick leave, vacation leave, and 12 paid holidays a year.

In addition, the AOC retirement plan contribution is 15 percent of the employees’ wages, with employees paying six percent and the employer paying nine percent of the contribution following the completion of one thousand hours.

Schedule and Location

This position is full-time, exempt, and offers a hybrid work schedule after onboarding at the AOC office in Salem, Oregon.
