Smoking and Tobacco

With few exceptions, smoking is prohibited in indoor public spaces (offices, stores, restaurants, schools, etc.) Most city ordinances surrounding smoking and tobacco deal with the use, types, sale to minors, advertisement, of those products. In the past few years, cities have been updating their smoking and tobacco ordinances to include language surrounding e-cigarettes as they increase in popularity.
