Apply Now for an LOC Conference Scholarship
At the June 17 LOC Board Meeting, the Board approved their FY2022/23 budget, including $20,000 allocated for scholarship opportunities to help city officials attend the 2022 LOC Annual Conference. The LOC Foundation also approved a $3,000 allocation for these scholarships.
Scholarship applicants can request coverage for conference-related expenses beyond the cost of registration,including lodging expenses, travel expenses, tickets to attend the LOC Awards Dinner, and food not included in the conference. Available funds will be shared among scholarship recipients who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference.

Please note: Registration for the 2022 LOC Conference opened on July 13. We encourage you to register for the conference and choose the "Bill Me" option at check out. Once you know if your scholarship application has been accepted, LOC will either apply the scholarship to your registration fee, email a bill to your city, or you can cancel the registration without penalty.
