City Feedback Needed for Affordable Housing Fund Updates
Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is seeking feedback to change how affordable rental housing resources are deployed across the state. This includes looking at how to use additional resources for the 2023-25 legislative biennium and making key optimizations to the funding application process.
OHCS is inviting small and mid-sized cities to attend a focus group on November 3 at 8 a.m. to share information about proposed changes, and to hear from cities – particularly those investing local resources in the development of affordable housing. If your city is providing funding or contributing land to support the development of affordable rental housing projects in your community, OHCS would like your input about restructuring the funding application process.
This focus group is aimed at small and mid-sized communities in the balance of state (or non-Metro communities).
Please register for the November 3rd webinar here.
