Upcoming Notice – Final CARES Act Funding through CDBG
Business Oregon will be making approximately $9 million available through the Community Development Block Grant Cares Act (CDBG-CV). This final notice of funding availability (NOFA) opens Business Oregon’s CARES Act funding to all entitlement and non-entitlement communities interested in providing assistance to low- and moderate-income residences impacted by the pandemic. Types of projects that may be eligible include childcare assistance, food banks, rental assistance, Project Turnkey operations and water line improvements.
The funds will be divided into three project types: small business/microenterprise assistance, impact assistance, and housing-related activities. Funds will be accessible through an NOFA on Business Oregon’s website that will be coming soon.
