OWEB Seeks Voluntary Reporting of Watershed Restoration Projects
The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB) is requesting data on watershed restoration projects that were completed in 2020, as well as those completed prior to 2020 which have not yet been reported through the Oregon Watershed Restoration Inventory (OWRI) reporting system.
The deadline for reporting projects is March 31.
The OWRI system is a central repository of restoration projects completed in Oregon. It relies on a combination of voluntary and mandatory project reporting from restoration project managers, including cities, and provides valuable information on the full extent of Oregon’s statewide restoration efforts. While restoration projects funded through OWEB have mandatory reporting requirements, the majority reported previously through OWRI have been received on a voluntary basis.
More information on how to access the online reporting tool is available here. For questions, please contact Bobbi Riggers, OWRI Coordinator: bobbi.riggers@oregon.gov.
