Important Reminder: PSU Annual Housing Production Survey Due Next Week
The Population Research Center (PRC) at Portland State University (PSU) is collecting this data under an agreement with the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) and Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS). In accordance with ORS 456.601, ORS 197A.110, HB 4063 (2024), ORS 197.015, and related statutes (collectively referred to as the Oregon Housing Needs Analysis, or OHNA, framework), jurisdictions subject to OHNA are required to report annual data on regulated affordable housing, accessible units (ANSI), and total housing production.
This year’s survey covers three reporting periods: January–June 2024, July–December 2024, and January–June 2025.
In July 2025, the PRC’s contact person in each city received an email with a link to the online Housing Production Survey.
The deadline to submit the completed survey is August 29, 2025.
