Small City Allotment Program Awards Grants

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) recently announced its Small City Allotment Program grant awards.  For 2020, the advisory committee recommended 53 grant awards totaling $5,190,581 for small cities across Oregon.  Small cities are defined as those communities with less than 5,000 residents, which represents 166 cities, or more than one-half of the LOC’s membership.  This grant program is very important to many cities, as the initial funding can assist in developing transportation projects and serve as a catalyst for larger investments.
