Updated: Nov 21, 2019

From the Recall Manual produced by the Office of the Secretary of State: "The Oregon Constitution allows any non-federal public office holder, whether appointed or elected, to be recalled from office before the term has expired. A prospective recall petition my be filed only after the public office holder has actually served at least six months of their current term of office..." In the event of a recall, refer to the Recall Manual and consult with the city attorney.
