Scheduled for April 23–24 at the Pendleton Convention Center, this annual gathering brings together elected officials, staff, and partners to share ideas, build skills, and strengthen communities.

Online registration opens February 18 at 8:00 a.m. Here are some frequently asked questions about the registration process.
Registration rates:
- Member Registration – $350
- Non-Member Government Registration – $400
- Business Partner Registration – $450
- Non-Member Corporate Registration – $750
- Student Registration – $175 (Friday ONLY)
- Student Registration – $350 (Full Conference)
- Guest Registration – $250
- Thursday Guest Reception Only – $50
- Tours – $35
- Workshops – $75 (OMA, OCCMA, & Councilors)
After the early-bird cutoff on April 10, all registration rates will increase by $25.
