Registration Info

Early registration ends on April 3; after this date, the cost will increase by $25.  Registration will then officially close on April 10.  Those wishing to register after April 10 will need to do so on-site for an additional fee and registrations will be taken on a space-available basis.

  1. Online Registration:
    Online registration is available through the LOC registration system. If you have not used the LOC registration system before, please read the 'How to Register for LOC Events' guide. If you do not have a username and password or are unsure of your login credentials, you can email loc@orcities.org for assistance. Please note that cancellations are not accepted by phone; instead, send cancellations and substitution notices to loc@orcities.orgFor the full cancellation policy, please view HERE.
  2. For Hotel Reservations: 
    Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of the satellite hotels. This year, we have secured three satellite hotels. 
  3. Confirmations: 
    An email confirmation will be sent to the person registering the attendeesYou can send the email confirmation to additional recipients. At the bottom of the Order Confirmation page, you will see the option to send the confirmation email to another person. An LOC staff member manually sends the email confirmation with the unique URL. Because LOC staff manually sends email confirmations, you may not receive them immediately. Please note that confirmations are sent in the order registrations are received, and this delay will not diminish your opportunity to reserve a room at a satellite hotel.

  • Member City Registration – $350
  • Non-Member Government Registration – $400
  • Business Partner Registration – $450
  • Non-Member Corporate Registration – $750
  • Student Registration – $175 (Friday ONLY)
  • Student Registration – $350 (Full Conference)
  • Guest Registration – $250
  • Thursday Guest Reception Only – $50
  • Tours – $35
  • Workshops – $75 (OMA, OCCMA, & Councilors)

After the early-bird cutoff on April 3, all registration rates will increase by $25.
