DSL Conducts System Update and Advises of Possible Delays

The Oregon Department of State Lands (DSL) is launching its new public-facing web portal, DSLConnect, this November. It replaces a 25-year-old system, which is unsupported and lacks public access features. DSLConnect will modernize how customers—individuals, businesses, agencies, and Tribal governments—interact with DSL.

In preparation for the launch, DSL staff are currently testing DSLConnect. During this time, customers may experience delays in some services. This testing period helps staff identify and resolve issues early, ensuring that DSLConnect delivers faster, more reliable, and easier-to-access services once fully launched.

Go‑Live announcements, training materials, system walkthroughs and FAQs will be provided before the launch, and DSL Support Services will be available for troubleshooting and account assistance.

For more information, cities can visit the DSL Connect page. They may also contact DSL Support Services at Support.Services@dsl.oregon.gov or by phone at 503-986-5200.
