LOC & Coraggio Group Offer Strategic Planning Opportunities for Cities
The LOC is pleased to partner with the Coraggio Group to offer a Strategic Planning Cohort Program that is designed to help communities develop comprehensive, actionable strategic plans.
How Much Will This Cost My Organization?
The cost for each community is $10,000.
When Will This Program Begin?
Work will kick off in Fall 2026. Once at least three communities have signed up, planning sessions will be scheduled.

Consider attending the Strategic Planning Workshop, presented by the Coraggio Group.
Facilitated by David Naczycz, this interactive workshop will provide practical tools and strategies for developing an effective strategic plan. Participants will explore key elements of successful planning, develop a draft community vision, and identify strategic priorities that support long-term success.
