LOC’s Court Fines Survey Due November 6
Cities – the LOC needs your help – please complete the League’s court fines survey by November 6 at 5 p.m.
The LOC is compiling a list of municipal court fines and fees. Even if a city does not have a municipal court, the LOC is seeking a response to confirm if that city has not created one since the last survey on this subject was conducted in 2014. In addition, the survey is also asking specific questions about hours of operation, types of cases heard, and the number of cases heard.
