Request for Feedback: Temporary Rules for the ISLF Program
Business Oregon has released temporary administrative rules for the Industrial Site Loan Fund (ISLF) Program and is seeking feedback from stakeholders.
To help ensure city perspectives are well represented, the LOC will collect comments from cities and submit a single, consolidated response to Business Oregon on behalf of our membership. This coordinated approach allows us to identify common themes, elevate shared concerns, and provide more effective feedback.
Business Oregon is seeking comments on any aspect of the temporary rules, including areas that:
- May benefit from clarification,
- Refinement, or
- Additional consideration.
Please submit your comments to Michael Martin by end of day on Wednesday, September 2.
