Save the Date: LOC Hosting Webinar on Housing Infrastructure Financing Program (HIFP)

The LOC and Business Oregon invite member cities to join a webinar we are co-hosting with Business Oregon on the state’s new Housing Infrastructure Financing Program (HIFP), which was established by HB 3031 to help communities fund critical infrastructure needed to support housing development. The webinar will provide an overview of program goals, eligibility, and the competitive application window now open (October 17 – December 17).
