Share Your Feedback on ODOT’s Capital Investment Plan

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking public feedback on its first Capital Investment Plan, which is now available for review through an online open house. The draft plan identifies 54 projects proposed for investment across Oregon.

Oregon has more transportation needs than available funding can address. The Capital Investment Plan provides a consistent way to identify and prioritize investments based on statewide transportation goals, system needs, and available funding.

Online Open House

The online open house is available through November 2 and provides information about the draft Capital Investment Plan, including:

  • How projects were evaluated and selected.
  • An interactive statewide map featuring all 54 proposed projects.
  • Eight highlighted projects with additional information.
  • An opportunity to provide feedback on the draft portfolio or individual projects.

One proposed investment is for a section of OR 8 through Hillsboro that supports an average of 20,000–30,000 vehicles daily.

Visit the online open house through November 2.
