Annual ARPA Reporting Period Open Now

The reporting deadline for the American Rescue Plan Act’s (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) is April 30.

In 2021 and 2022, Oregon communities received ARPA funds in several tranches. All SLFRF recipients must report annually (or quarterly depending on the reporting tier) until 2027 or when the U.S. Treasury initiates closeout for that specific municipality. Even if a city has  already spent all of its, the city must continue to report until Treasury officially invites them to close out their report.

The National League of Cities (NLC) has resources to help cities. Visit the NLC website to learn more about reporting requirements or stop by NLC office hours for support. If your city received funding via the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, the LOC recommends working with your state contact.
