Learn About Oregon Opportunity Zones 2.0
Business Oregon is hosting webinars and has available office hours to support local governments in navigating Oregon’s Opportunity Zone 2.0 program. Information about past and upcoming engagement opportunities is accessible on the state’s website.
Designed to unlock long-term investment in communities that need it most, the program builds on the success of the original Opportunity Zone initiative (Opportunity Zone 1.0 or OZ 1.0). The updated program now offers enhanced incentives and transparency to ensure that private capital drives real, measurable improvements in housing, jobs, and infrastructure across the state.
Business Oregon partners with local governments and stakeholders to identify eligible census tracts, guide investors, and ensure projects align with statewide economic development priorities.
Cities are encouraged to review the program and determine if Opportunity Zones can support your community’s needs.
