LOC Evaluates Core Services Through Member Survey
The LOC is launching a member survey to evaluate the effectiveness, relevance, and growth potential of its core programs and resources. This effort will help the LOC identify which services provide the greatest value to members while recognizing the differing needs of Oregon’s urban, rural, and smaller cities.
The survey will ask for feedback on several service areas, including:
- Training programs;
- Small Cities program;
- Direct legal advice program;
- Member inquiry line;
- Written resources; and
- Other department-specific services
Members who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for one of five $50 Visa gift cards. The survey will remain open through Friday, October 31. Take the survey here.
