Register Now for a Strategic Planning Workshop Presented by the Coraggio Group
City leaders and staff are encouraged to participate in the LOC’s Strategic Planning Workshop, led by David Naczycz of the Coraggio Group, who has been working with cities for more than 20 years.
Having a current and well-organized strategic plan is vital for creating thriving and successful cities. These plans help communities make choices about where to direct resources for maximum impact. They also provide a ‘true north’ to guide goal setting each year and make sure that a city’s efforts culminate in safe and prosperous communities.
Participants will leave the workshop with drafts of two of the key components of a strategic plan. They’ll also be eligible for a $2,000 discount on Coraggio Group’s Strategic Planning Cohort Program, a four-month cohort where cities collaboratively build their full strategic plans.
