Register Today for a Strategic Planning Workshop Presented by the Coraggio Group
A clear, up-to-date strategic plan is essential for building strong, resilient, and successful communities. It helps leaders prioritize resources—time, funding, and talent—where they will have the greatest impact, while also providing a shared direction that aligns efforts year after year.
The LOC invites members to join this training, led by David Naczycz of the Coraggio Group, who brings more than two decades of experience partnering with cities to craft strategic plans and long-term visions. In this engaging session, participants will:
- Learn the core elements of an effective strategic plan
- Explore approaches tailored to your community
- Participate in interactive exercises to:
- Define a clear community vision
- Identify key strategic priorities
By the end of the workshop, attendees will walk away with draft versions of two foundational pieces of a strategic plan.
