Watch: Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) for Local Government Webinar

The LOC and the Association of Oregon Counties jointly sponsored a webinar on December 15 to provide cities and counties with a deeper dive into the $1.2 billion distributed by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) over the next five years.

Cities and counties will have roughly $250-$300 million in transportation investment funds available through a variety of existing ODOT programs. Investments related to highways and special projects will have approximately $1 billion available, with another $200 million allocated to statewide transit agencies. ODOT will use a number of statewide programs including:

Stay tuned for more details as they emerge.  The LOC will be creating an IIJA program resource hub on our website that will allow members to identify the range of state programs that will be used for funding infrastructure projects.
