CRF Year-End Reporting Open Through February 5
The reporting window for COVID-19 expenses through December 30, 2020 is open until February 5. Cities still have binding grant agreements with the Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS) requiring expenses be utilized by December 30, unless they have received an extension.
DAS has sent notices to the grant manager on file for all cities with remaining CRF funds, offering to amend those agreements to extend the deadline for eligible CRF expenses to June 30. (This is only a six-month extension, and it may or may not be extended by another six months in the future.) This extension was not automatic; cities were asked to respond to the DAS email by no later than January 15, but the agency will still allow an extension if cities make the request. DAS has updated their claim reporting instruction, which can be found here. The DAS reporting schedule is revised as follows, but again, any city that does not have an extension has a reporting deadline of February 5:
