LOC Needs to Hear from Member Cities to Inform FCC Comments
As was reported in the November 7 LOC Bulletin, the LOC will file comments on behalf of all Oregon cities in response to two proposed telecom permitting actions from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC):
- Notice of Inquiry Regarding Wireline Communications Infrastructure Siting; and
- Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Regarding Wireless Infrastructure.
To assist with drafting comments, the LOC is requesting information from its members. Cities are asked to please complete the survey below by Monday, November 17.
