Public Comment Requested for Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program
Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is collecting public comment on its draft Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWA) State Plan for Oregon, which was enabled and funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). City leaders and municipal water providers are encouraged to review the draft program materials linked below:
Comments should be submitted to the LIHWA Program Analyst Joy Aldrich, at joy.aldrich@oregon.gov.
OHCS is accepting public comments until Friday, August 6, 2021, at 12 p.m.
