New Streamlined PPE Ordering Process

Effective immediately, orders for personal protective equipment (PPE) will need to be submitted on this updated form.  Cities wishing to procure PPE from the Oregon Health Authority will continue to submit purchases through their county emergency managers.  Only one type of PPE should be submitted per form.  The new forms are part of a streamlined PPE ordering process designed to improve efficiency and inventory management.
