Road & Bridge Report – 20% of Cities Have Yet to Complete Forms!

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has been communicating with all cities and counties across Oregon to complete their annual road and bridge condition report.  The LOC is making a special appeal to those cities that have yet to complete their forms to get them in ASAP!  Cities that fail to submit these forms risk having their State Highway Funds (SHF) withheld.  This is an important part of SHF program and it is critical every city complete this report by February 1

These forms are also a requirement of HB 2017, the transportation package from the 2017 session.  The road and bridge conditions reports are generated for state-, city- or county–owned bridges and roads.  The forms are available online, but any cities having issues filling out the form, or needing additional time, can contact ODOT directly at:  transparency@odot.state.or.us or 503-986-3735.

According to ODOT, those cities that have not yet submitted their report can be found here.
