Business Oregon Updates Process for Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund
Oregon’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) program has made updates to its Letter of Interest (LOI) form on Business Oregon’s Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund (SDWRLF) webpage in preparation for the upcoming February 15, 2026 submission deadline.
This updated LOI is available now for those water systems looking for funding for water system improvements and upgrades. All submissions for the February deadline should use the updated LOI form.
Water systems may request up to a maximum of $10,000,000 in SDWRLF funding per each LOI. Letters of Interest for projects costing more than $10 million to implement will be accepted; funding necessary to complete the project beyond the $10 million must come from other sources.
Visit Oregon’s DWSRF webpage for more details about the program and funding opportunities through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
