UTC Bulk Order Now Open!
The Fall 2025 online citation order for uniform traffic citations (UTCs) is open through Friday, November 7, at 5 p.m.
The LOC manages a bulk purchase of UTCs twice a year and has found that by pooling orders together, cities get a much lower price on orders than if they were placed individually.
The LOC partners with Inspired Results to provide this service. Cities may place an order at any time, but the reduced bulk price is available only during the above time frame. While the actual cost, which depends on the volume of orders received, will not be known until all orders have been placed, the savings are substantial.
Important: Cities and counties ordering citations through the LOC need to be sure that they comply with their purchasing rules and public contracting law. In most cities and counties, the estimated expenditure for citation forms will likely be below the dollar amount for requiring competitive bids, but each city and county should review its purchasing rules to ensure that it is following those rules.
